is in working with males and females (men, women, and children)
in all fitness levels from beginners, seasoned exercisers,
seniors, and those with rehabilitation needs. I give my
clients a sound understanding of exercise techniques and
principles allowing them to progress safely and confidently
while pursuing fitness goals.
I offer a comprehensive program,
which combines assessments, weight and cardio machines with
a wide variety of free weight movement and stretching, goal
setting, all in a personal, fun and effective way. I also
helps clients reduce hypertension, cholesterol, and general
reduction in medications overall. I thrive by being an enthusiastic
advocate, coach and motivator. With 25 years of experience
I have multiple credentials and many years of one on one
experience to help clients achieve their goals.
