stress awareness month


April is Stress Awareness Month.  How do you handle your stress?  Eat more?  Eat Less?  Have a tight neck? Tight shoulders? Sore low back?  We all face stress, and good news: We all have an easy way to deal with it … HOW?  Incorporate regular exercise into your ADL (Acitvities of Daily Living).  I recommend doing your favorite exercises AND also mixing it up. Try every type of exercise: weightlifting, yoga, spin, barre, outdoor activities, to name a few. The list is massive so like NIKE says, just DO it!
