Hi there, this is me sharing and showing you Day 14 complete of my Libre 14 day glucose monitoring area by circling the area of where it was on my arm for 14 days. I learned what spikes my glucose: frozen yogurt & ginger ale (which i drank on the plane to calm my tummy). The highest my glucose ever got was 151. My daily range stayed between 80-92.
